Allergies & Dietary Requirements - Some of our cakes can be made to meet various allergies or dietary requirements. Please contact us to discuss options.
Although great care is taken please be aware that all of our products are produced in a kitchen that handles most major allergens. Therefore we are unable to guarantee that our cakes are completely free from these ingredients due to the risk of cross contamination.
Pick up times will be arranged at the time of invoice. Please arrive on time. Cakes will be picked up from our Riverdale address, boxed and ready for transportation. Heritage Cakery holds no responsibility for damage caused to cakes in transit. Boxes must be carried from underneath, not the sides. Please drive carefully, cakes need to be treated with care. It is recommended that cakes be placed in the boot or foot well, not carried on laps or on back seats which are not flat.

Delivery - deliveries may be available at a surcharge.
Heritage Cakery has the right to decline any request. Any problem with your cake must be reported back to Heritage Cakery within three (3) days of event or pick up.
For refund purposes Heritage Cakery requires the cake to be returned within 3 days of event. If you are unable to produce the uneaten cake a refund will not be given.
Heritage Cakery reserves the right to take photos of their work and use them for advertising purposes. This includes photos taken on site at venues. The photo may be used in advertising and on social media but only after the event has taken place.

We recommend cakes are to be refrigerated and then bought to room temperature to serve. In summer months white chocolate buttercream or ganache is highly recommended.

Please read the transport and cake care leaflet that is included in your cake box.
